This product is designed to directly replace the wired handset supplied with the popular Skywatcher Auto focuser kit and adds wireless remote control. It allows you to focus the telescope remotely up to 20m away, without any trailing wires, especially useful for avoiding any chance of vibration during imagingThe FocusRF is microprocessor controlled and extremely simple to operate with 8 buttons arranged in 4 rows of 2. All the left buttons turn the focus one way and all the right buttons turn it the other way. Great I have a Baader steeltrack focuser with a motor focus unit but recently the controller stopped working. As the controller looks identical to the Skywatcher one I bought this unit instead of trying to source a replacement controller. It arrived promptly and worked with the Baader. Well pleased. Excellent Product and Service from Harrisons Really nice quality product especially considering its price. Works perfectly, and is one less cable to the telescope. Also has a good signal range. My telescope was placed in the back garden and I was sitting in the front lounge, and it still worked fine. The distance was probably a good 10 m. (02/08/2021) Harry - Downham Market
Transforms the sky watcher auto focuser This is a great bit of kit. I was getting constant issues with the remote on the sky watcher auto focused but this gets rid of that and works like a dream. Also, totally remote from the scope so no vibration. (30/06/2021) Dean Porter - Porthcawl
