An ideal giant binocular mount for Astronomy or terrestrial observing, perfect for heavy or large binoculars up to 100mm apertures. Stable with smooth motions in all directions, both vertical and horizontal axes have tension control and are lockable in position. Rotary movement is free and precise in the horizontal and vertical axes. The sturdy base has an integrated standard tripod connector thread, and the mount fits all tripods with standard 3/8" Photo thread. Please note - only suitable for Altair 100mm binoculars as standardThere ate two mounting holes on the mounting bar around 82mm apart that may fit other models such as many APM large binoculars.
