Product Description

The Bresser 127 EXOS 1 refractor is a f/5 rich field achromatic telescope, most suitable to deep sky observing. The easily portable Exos 1 equatorial mount offers a solid foundation for visual astronomy, with high quality steel tripod and accessory tray. This telescope boasts an illuminated 8x50mm Finderscope with reticule, a 26mm Super Plossl eyepiece and a compression-ring eyepiece holder with integral camera T-thread for simple DSLR astrophotography (with a camera-appropriate T-ring, available separately). Delivery is normally 25-7 business days with this product.

The Bresser Refractor 127/635 EXOS 1 offers a considerable step up from a 3"-4"refractor in terms of light-gathering power. However, as an f/5 system, we would recommend investing in a high-quality Barlow lens for Planetary and Lunar observation. The Exos 1 mount can be upgraded simply to a single RA or dual axis drives, available separately.
