The NexStar 130 SLT has 130mm optics with 30% more light-gathering power than a 114mm telescope and the easy to use goto system with SkyAlign technology. The highly regarded 130 SLT, like the other models in the SLT Series, comes with a fully computerized hand control. The computerized hand control gives you the ability to automatically slew to any of its 4,000+ objects in the onboard database. With its pre-assembled, adjustable steel tripod, the NexStar 114 SLT can be up and ready to use in a matter of minutes. Our new SkyAlign alignment technology and the included StarPointer Finderscope with a red LED makes aligning a breeze.

A superb larger 130mm aperture fully computerized Telescope package with everything required to start observing the night sky."Verdict A great telescope and mount combination for general night-skyobserving, at an attractive price too."The Sunday Times - ingear best buy"What more can one ask for? I believe this and the other telescopes in the Nextstar range will be able to painlessly introduce many newcomers to the night sky. They deserve to sell in large numbers and Celestron are to be congratulated not only in coming up with a brilliant way to align a computerised scope but providing this new software in a worthwhile aperture scope at a very reasonable price. Very excited! Harrison Telescopes provided an excellent service, delivering my telescope within two days of ordering it. The day I received it I had a really good look at the moon at about 4pm. Although it was daytime, the view was crystal clear. Putting the telescope was simple using the excellent instructions. (04/07/2020) Simon Donnelly - Marlow
