The Explore Scientific / Bresser T-Adapter 2" with a T2 thread (male) allows you to connect a DSLR camera to telescopes that accept 2" barrel eyepieces. You will also need a T2-ring (T-rings are listed below) for a specific DSLR camera manufacturer, in order to connect the camera. The smooth barrell means no interference with compression rings that undercuts can cause. An excellent quality adapter with thoughtful design features ideal for attaching your quality digital SLR camera to a telescope securely and parallel to the optical path for the best possible results.This camera adapter also features a 2" standard female filter thread for attaching 2" fitting light polution and other filters. Does what it says on the tin. I bought this as I was tired of my 1.25 inch T adapter moving (wobbling). It is a much stronger miunting for my heavy camera, and is made well. The thread is well made and it sits nicely in my eyepiece holder. (19/06/2022) Jon - Lincolnshire
