This adaptor will fit all the popular Nikon Digital SLR Cameras including the D series modelsThe Nikon T2 mount adapter ring allows you to connect your Nikon Digital SLR Camera to a telescope when coupled with the appropriate T adapter, usually a simple 1.25" or 2" T adaptor is required although some telescopes require specific adaptors as shown in this section. The T2 ring simply attaches to the camera body in place of the camera lens allowing the telescope to become the camera lens. This method of astrophotography is known as prime focus imaging and will provide stunning images of the night sky.
