M48 version for flatteners / reducers for attaching your Canon EOS DSLR camera to any of the SkyWatcher 0.85x Focal Reducer/Correctors (product codes 20234, 20235 & 20236) in conjunction with the SkyWatcher DS PRO range of apochromatic refractor telescopes. Can be combined with an M48 extension tube (2") to create a DSLR wide adapter for prime focusPlease note this T ring will only work with non mirrorless standard EOS camera bodies and requires the T adapter or reducer to have an M48 thread.
This T adapter ring will fit the Canon EOS range of digital SLR cameras and allow better corrections and wider fields when used with the dedicated reducers than is possible with prime focus imaging. Modern large chip DSLR cameras are allowing extremely wide field images and this adaptor used with the correct reducer/corrector will allow the widest possible fields and corrections.
Works perfectly Very pleased with this adapter which holds my dslr firmly and securely and with no wobble which I’ve encountered in other adapters. Excellent low cost T ring! I bought this T ring to mate with my focal reducer I bought recently to go with my WO Z61. It fittted to my Canon 80D tight and snug with no rattles or movement - this is unusual with cheaply made T rings, and I should know as I run an astrophotography group on Facebook! Recommended!
