A full upgrade kit with everything required for easily upgrading the standard (non-PRO) EQ5 mountings for computerised GOTO capabilities. Kits comprise SynScanTM Flash Upgradeable GOTO handset, 2 x Stepper Motors for DEC and R.A. Drives, Replacement Control Panel / Motor Board, Hand Control Cable, Cable Clamp and Hand Control Holder (12V D.C. Power Supply required - not supplied).

8/10 Does everything needed to automate EQ5 to HEQ5 Has everything need to convert your EQ5 to HEQ5, like mentioned before the instructions are inqdequate but found a Youtube Video on someone showing how to install it. Following the video it took me about an hour and was not at all difficult.Found it annoying it does not come with a power supply. (06/02/2023) Chris - Northants

8/10 All the gear, no idea This product has everything needed to upgrade your EQ5 mount to GOTO operation. Except for how to do it. The instructions are pretty woeful for mounting to motors and gearing. (13/12/2019) Steve Oxtoby - Leighton Buzzard
