The usual excellent service I ordered two new Synscan handsets for my two observatory instruments as both the previous handsets were showing considerable signs of wear as well as being in need of updating. As described Well packaged, Quick delivery, the tracking number was included in the dispatch email though it wasn’t obvious, at least to me, and there was no indication of which courier company was being used until I got the email from DPD.
