Starwave 50mm finder and Guide Scope for telescopes with a 1.25 inch rotating micro focuser, optical tube, rings, stalk, and universal finder base.

Premium build quality
This is a quality all metal and glass finder scope to replace the cheaper plastic finders included with most telescopes these days. It has a fully multicoated cemented achromatic objective lens and quality eyepiece, delivering a much higher quality image, with better contrast for faint objects. The reticule is clearly visible, and much more precise than normal finder scopes. It also stays on target with metal alignment screws.

Quality Illuminated Eyepiece
A 23mm 1.25" Illuminated Reticule Eyepiece is included, giving a magnification of 9x and an Apparent FOV of 55° (product code: 125-EP23-IR if ordered separately).

Focuser for Guide camera or Eyepiece
The focuser has a 1.25" ID push-fit adaptor with compression ring, allowing use of guide cameras, digital finders, or other 1.25" eyepieces. A removable red LED illuminator is included with variable brightness, and the laser etched reticule can be focused..

Versatile mounting options
The metal finder stalk is compatible with most finder scope brackets on the market, but also includes a universal finder base (product code UNIFBR), with a cross-slotted hole pattern to fit most telescopes. To attach the finder scope to dovetail bars, remove the stalk by means of the two set screws and use the two M5 holes to connect it up. You'll require two M5 nuts if you are connecting it to a dovetail bar with central slot.

Focal length to enter into PHD2 is 206.6mm (F4.1) for guiding purposes.
