We are closed from December 20th until January 3rd, most orders placed when we are closed will not ship until the New Year.

Our delivery charge is £5.95* fully insured. Orders received before 2PM normally ship that business day. We also ship direct from our suppliers all fully tracked and insured.

All goods are shipped with UPS, DPD, DHL, APC, DX Express, ParcelForce and Royal Mail, we do not use budget couriers, we only ship to UK mainland addresses and do not ship to forwarding agents or PO boxes.

Our Order Lookup system (see link at the top and bottom of each page) updates the order status in real time - simply enter your order number and postcode..

*Some exceptions apply with AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE postcodes. We will quote delivery charges if applicable prior to shipping (this does not normally affect lower value items shipped by Royal Mail).
