Product Description

A very compact premium quality quintuplet apochromat optic that does not require an additional flattener to producre a superbly corrected field for your camera without being concerned about backfocus calculation, the optics produce small round stars and being an Apo with two ED elements chromatic abberation is very well controlled. This optic prtovides a full frame imaging circle for superb wide field results. The OTA includes tube rings and a Vixen style dovetail as well as a variety of adapters (M48 M54 M68). The dew shield can be retracted and locked with a thumbscrew to hold position, the tube is precision CNC machinhed.

The 2.5 inch diameter rack and pinion 360 degree rotating Dual speed 1/10 focuser ensures precise focus control which is critical to acheiving great images, a hard case is also included for safe storage and transport, this telescope can also be used visually with the addition of an optional 2 Inch star diagonal.
